I'm Viola Korte, an independent Senior Agile Transformation Coach based in Munich since 2014. My background is in IT and quality management; today my focus is on the people who actually carry change forward — teams, leaders, and C-level decision-makers. Certified as a SAFe® 5 Agilist, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Senior Project Manager (GPM/IPMA Level C), Change Manager (IHK), Manager for Applied AI Transformation (TÜV), and ISTQB Certified Tester, among others.
